Now that Gaear has done an amazing job giving us high end content and a new city, which we all asked for in the last poll, what else is on your wish list. Note, no one is commissioned to do this, it is just a place for dreams.

I'd like to see some new monsters. I know it would be hard, but bigger, different colored spiders just doesn't do much for me. Monsters of all levels, there are plenty of basics that could be used. Heck I'd even take a gargantuan chicken or cow right now.

Well, since we can dream on this thread...

    - a real lich with a lair and henchmen
    - I believe that there is enough in TOEE to have a serious run at making the GDQ series
    - guards in the castle of lords who join your party long enough to let you give them better arms and then return to their posts
    - commandeering a ship and getting to pilot it on a river
    - <something else which I'll think of 5 minutes after I shut my computer down>

Along with others, maybe other types of Giants.

Scaling up some of the random encounters so they give you a run for your money.

More types of undead with level drains.

Getting the AI to really work against the invading party and have the critters gang up on ya, not just stand around when you pick at them from a distance.

Just some wishes, as I think all the work the modders have done to make 5.91 a cool game is GREAT!

After I saw the General's post, I had the feeling that I would be seeing the giant chicken. Holy "Dobie Gillis"!

Maybe a Minotaur charging at you on a bull?

Or the opposite if that is what you might prefer. ;)

If only there was a monkey in the game we could create the island King Kong lives on with other gigantic creatures.

Reiterating a lot of what people above have already posted, I'd like to see more content being added to the Circle of Eight Modpack indefinitely (including new maps, new recruitable NPCs (especially a lot more monster NPCs), new monsters, new quests, new magical items and artifacts, new spells, new feats, more random encounters (especially with other adventuring parties), new vendors, new craftable items, new enchantments that you can imbue on magical items, being able to increase the bonus of magical weapons up to +10, and especially a LOT more content for evil-aligned parties).

I'd REALLY like the character level limit raised from level 20 to whatever the maximum is (if any) in D&D 3.5.

I've found that most of the random encounters are way too easy. On the other hand, a friend and I have gotten quite a few insanely difficult random encounters when our PCs were lower than level 5 (such as 2 trolls or 5 ogres). I wish that the random encounters always scaled their difficulty so that they are an even match against the player's party size and character levels.

I'd like to see a lot more events happen involving the castle in Verbobonc once the player has bought the castle (such as your party having to fend off assaults on the castle, or assassins entering your castle unseen, or spies infiltrating your castle and posing as servants or castle guards, maybe the Scarlet Brotherhood and/or the Hextor Priests could try to take over your castle).

I'd like the maximum number of creatures that the party can summon/charm/animate/dominate to be raised to something like 50.

I'd like the maximum number of feats that enemy NPCs can have to be raised well above the current limit of 10.

Thanks to everybody who has contributed to the Verbobonc mod 2.0 and the Arena of Heroes mod and the Reactive Temple mod. I am REALLY looking forward to experiencing them for the first time! I'm also REALLY looking forward to playing Ranth's War of the Golden Skull mod if it gets implemented into a future version of the Circle of Eight Modpack!

But the thing that I MOST want is an editor (with a GUI and click-to-copy and click-to-paste interface) that will allow ordinary players to create new content for this superb game!

Escort quests. You have to escort one of Iuz's POS criminal high priests back to the city of Greyhawk to stand judgment but the whole time, the rest of Iuz's followers and creatures are trying to stop you. Fly-bys by dragons that the party cannot defend against, demons, huge parties of orcs and trolls, etc.

Keeping on the chicken, is it available to model? Can you change its color like the crayfish and make a cockatrice out of it? Does turning to stone work in the game? I've fought the basilisk several times, but never saw it do anything but die a quick death.
