Gentlemen, It's made by Panicware and is called Pop-Up Stopper Professional. It's absolutely the best for blocking pop-ups.

    Pop-Up Stopper® Professional
    > Ad blocker for all browsers including Firefox, AOL, MSN, Internet Explorer, Netscape, SBCYahoo!, Opera, and more! Full browser privacy & cleaning support.
    > Block all types of pop-up ads in Firefox and other browsers
    > download version: 29.95 US Dollars

-> the official Panicware download link

!!! Destroy the information contained in your Internet Explorer Index.dat file which is not accessible through Windows and speed up general system performance, regain valuable hard drive space by deleting temp files and cache and whatnot.

    ****************************************

!!! footnote: If you use Automatic Logon so you do not have to type your logon name and password, do not select to empty autocomplete passwords.
    * You can select empty autocomplete forms data, just not autocomplete passwords. Otherwise, you will have to download and install TweakUi to manually set an autologon, and each time autocomplete passwords is emptied, you lose your autologon, each time. heh So, do not select autocomplete passwords. *smirk*

Not to be a whiner, but now the banner adds are getting annoying. The one for free ring tones plays very annoying music really loudly.

I don't really like that yellow add at the bottom of the page it gets in the way. I'm not sure what its for cos I just scroll past it on my way to more important things.

The extra activex ad at the bottom of the page are extra money to help pay for the site and its upkeep and maintenance, I'm sure. And, we will all probably adjust to it and learn to ignore it over time.

@Blue: Tighten down the ActiveX controls and Scripting settings in the World properties in Internet Explorer. You don't have to hear even a single peep outta the web site and the ads become way less annoying.
