Who is your favorate character in the game?

I never take any recruits from the nodes, save for the talu-fiend chick, since my party is usually too strong by that point.

I've always wondered what'd happen if you recruit Ashrem and take him to Allrem, but I doubt anything will. Still, it'd be cool if Co8 could mod little encounters like that in.

 

Hmm, intriguing. I'll try it out when 5.8.0 comes out, since I've decided to rest from TOEE until new content comes out. Don't screw it up until then

It'd be nice to see some sort of similar reaction on taking Y'Dey to see Terjon as well, since I hear it's not there. I figure the devs either forgot about it or figured nobody'd ever be able to fulfill those requirements ^__^

 

Kewl, I'll have to try that as well. In the module you can't teleport out of the nodes, but in TOEE you can. It'd be easier for a lower level party to sneak past the trap, sneak past hadrak, and go to the nodes to find the brother. then take him back to the fire temple.

i wonder how that's gonna go.

 

Wait. Where do you find recruitable people in the nodes? Everyone I've met attacked me on sight(except for the guardians, who attack me after a chat).

 

IIRC the Earth node has 2 NPC's you can recruit, the Fire node 1 and the Air node 1 (the half demon sorceress). Just explore the entire nodes until you come across these wandering folks and talk to them. The Earth node ones are to the very right side of the node, while the Air and Fire NPC's are to the very far left of their respective nodes.

 

Far left in the Air Node? I thought it was far right...
