    Hi folks,

next update has quite a few changes and bug fixes lined up (see changelog), so we want it to go through some more thorough testing before release. We're looking for volunteers!

How to get the beta release
It's simple, just grab the latest build here:
    https://ci.appveyor.com/project/templeplus/templeplus/build/artifacts

    upload_2021-10-22_16-9-31.png

    upload_2021-10-22_16-10-31.png

Download the 1st zip, extract it to some folder, and run TemplePlus.exe (or TemplePlusConfig.exe to run the updated configurator).

    What to expect
The beta releases aren't any different than regular releases, actually. Just less tested ;) You can play as normal, and if you can, please test the new features listed in the changelog.

    Reporting bugs
As usual, if you find any bugs, here's how to report:

Please describe the problem as fully as possible, what your game version is, and provide a savegame to help us reproduce the issue.

    Sending savegames:
    <ToEE folder>\modules\ToEE\Save\
Make sure to include all the relevant files! Example:
    Code:
slot0002[save name].gsi (where [save name] is replaced with the name of your save game)
    slot0002.co8
    slot0002.tfaf
    slot0002.tfai
    Log file & crash dumps:
    Code:
    C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Saved Games\TemplePlus
You can zip the files and send via email, attach on forum post, or upload to a free filesharing site (e.g. wikisend.com).

    Many thanks!
    The Temple+ team

Whilst a Wizard3/Cleric3/Mystic Theurge3 with both versions of the Practised Spellcaster Feat crafts as 9th level spellcaster; the same Wiz3/Cler3/Mystic Theurge 2 could not choose Craft Rod with their 3rd Mystic Theurge level. [The same goes with Mystic Theurge 5 to Mystic Theurge 6 and inability to choose Craft Staff - although you can then choose Craft Rod.....]

    Thanks! Just pushed a fix.
Also fixed today the elusive Atari buglist item #343!

All the wildshape/animal companion modes are A1. Thanks! I can confirm that a Ghostwise Halfling Barbarian 1/Druid of Ehlonna is a large creature in Dire Wolf form that is very good at tripping Greater Temple Bugbears.

You really should try this Beta test folks - Sitra Achara's correction of the crafting levels for bracers and girdles etc has refreshed the challenge and strategy of Co8 in really fundamental ways.

Are you talking about my post in the other thread? I haven't actually changed the CL requirements, I was just surprised that something so obvious wasn't corrected and was wondering maybe there's a reason why...

Yes, sorry I got the wrong end of stick from existing bracers of armor crafting levels... silly me. I can't imagine why all the gauntlets of dexterity +2 were left around if proper crafting limits were not envisaged. Have you ever crafted +2 gauntlets rather than just save up for the +6 ones? Why should NPCs? I think I will impose the correct limits on myself anyway as they discourage the use of NPC crafting slaves and increase the appeal of a Mystic Theurge PC as the party's crafter.

No idea why it's like that. Seems too obvious to be an oversight, but who knows.

There's the soft XP limit in the sense that you might not want to spend 1440 XP at a lower level.
Anyway I think we'll add it under the new "Stricter Rules Enforcement" house rules option.

There appear to be a number of crucial components - such as the application .exe file and the tpdata folder missing from the latest beta test artifact +pre2321

Hmm? I just checked and it's all there. Are you sure you downloaded the right file? (Not symbols or tools zip)

Doug just authored a fix for the Magic Circle spells. (Can you believe this spell's been so busted for 17 years?)
Help is needed to stress test it: cast it on multiple characters, dispel it, die with it on, whatever edge case scenario you can think of.

I want to release v1.0.85 sometime next month. September 16 perhaps? ;)

Once again it's quite a big update, containing the first batch of spells from Sagenlicht, a couple new classes (Abjurant Champion and Stormlord), new feats, and a slew of bugfixes.

Any help with testing before release would be most appreciated!
Instructions - same as in the OP.
Oh and please be sure to clear your overrides folder!
