    If you have completed the Deklo grove quest for the woodcutter, you should get a dialog option with the cabinet maker that leads to him having masterwork items (after a week's time to start making them, of course.)

    ya i completed that long ago in this save, no such option. looks like the weapon merchant in verbo has some nice bows though
