That demo is such a tease. Did you notice the Balor in the fire temple? near where you get the frostbrand.
The beholder's (or similiar) in the air temple?

There is also a earth elemental in the moat house.

Iuz apparently appears per se, not summoned by Hedrack, in the main hallway, and warning like "who dares to enter blah blah..."...and then Cuthbert fight to death with him! :nosebleed

Unless that it's an outcome of some alignment i've never played...

Edit: well dammit, a beholder it's the easiest thing to do, it's simply a Eye of the deep of different colour, and with the small arms erased...piece o' cake

 

There is also some giant type creature in the ice node that is carrying a big axe.
