I never got that far North. I did the Everglades. I saw the gators and all, then on the way out, there is a roadside restuarant that sells gator steaks, so I had one of those as well. It beats buying yet another poxy T-shirt. hehe

 

What I find funny is that most people think of Gators or Oranges when you say Florida, but Florida is actually the second largest cattle producing state in the continental USA.

Once you get north of Palm Beach County you start to see many many cattle ranches.

Oh, and Gator tail steaks are good if you don't mind the gamey taste.
