TFE-X.exe suddenly won't launch & reinstall doesn't fix it

    Sorry, I looked for it but couldn't find it. Not sure if I saved over the slot or if it's simply lost in the shuffle of my many many saves; I mostly use a fresh slot each time I need one, since that's TOEE's default.
