This isn't a real suggestion (since adding a deity seems non-trivial), but the 'correct' deity for this seems to be Procan:

I.E. the important part about Talos isn't that he's chaotic evil, but that he's the god of storms, presumably.

 

For Greyhawk use Procan, Thats what rpga did

 

He's actually defined internally, just not selectable in char creation.

It seems to me that the class is about doing CE stuff just as much as it is about storms (means to an end and all that), but oh well. I guess we'll leave it at the current alignment restriction to keep things simple.
