Standardizing Scrolls, Potions, and Wands

Well I'm only asking because the SRD says the prerequisite for Craft Staff is CL12 and I haven't found anything over lvl 10 that works. That's a first to me.

It'll also tell you how often I craft stuff. Craft magic items at lvl 3 - yeah right :yawn: What nonsense.

(Not that I don't applaud the poor soul who put all that stuff into the protos.tab I guess I should make the rings of Climbing and Feather Fall craftable in KotB).
