Sleight of Hand and Rogues

After I accepted the Orb quest, I went back to talk to Mickey but he's disappeared. I've looked around but can't find him. Where did he go?

 

back to hommlet he comes back after dark i believe. also u can beat him up using subdual damage and then take orb and other possesions.

with enough intimidate you can just take it from him without beating/killing him
