I just started a new game, 7.4 NC. I planned on using Ronald as the party cleric, but he's not on the second floor of the temple as I remembered. Is there something that needs to occur for him to show up there? I don't know if there is a related problem, but the woodcutter is also not in or around his house, day or night, so I can't get the Deklo Grove quest. Edit: I tried starting a new game, and in the new game Ronald and the woodcutter are missing as well.
I tested 7.4 NC and both Ronald and the woodcutter are there. Ronald is not in the standard game ... are you sure you're playing NC? The woodcutter now spends all his time indoors. I would suggest you reactivate the 7.4 NC module and start over if the two items above don't affect your situation.
