I found this errata for 3.5 rules from WoTC. This a very important cleric spell and a staple of every high level cleric. It's a 5th level divine spell. Now, either the errata or the ToEE game is wrong because when you use Righteous Might in the game, it makes your AC 2 worse, not better. I personally believe that your AC should get worse because you grow to double making it much easier to hit you, but if you want to go by RAW, the AC of the cleric should get 2 better. Maybe because you grow, you get elephant skin for +2 natural armor? Here's the link for all errata in 3.5 from all the books. :twitch: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/er/20040125a Righteous Might Player’s Handbook, page 273 Changes to the spell’s description are noted in boldface type: This spell causes you to grow, doubling your height and multiplying your weight by 8. This increase changes your size category to the next larger one, and you gain a +4 size bonus to Strength and a +2 size bonus to Constitution. You gain a +2 enhancement bonus to your natural armor. You gain damage reduction 3/evil (if you normally channel positive energy) or damage reduction 3/good (if you normally channel negative energy). At 12th level this damage reduction becomes 6/evil or 6/good, and at 15th level it becomes 9/evil or 9/good (the maximum).
I suppose this is meant to counteract the -2 AC loss due to the increased size. The game probably lacks the +2 natural armor AC. UNLESS you already have other enhancement bonuses to natural armor (amulet maybe?) that nullify the +2 bonus given by the spell. Regards, Storm
