AFAIK the looting fix is part of Co8 mod pack 3.03.

Downloaded ToEE_Fan_Fixes_V3-0-3.zip, a 652kb file.
However I do not seem to be able to unzip it (says that the file is corrupted?). Tried to extract it (but says that there are no files to extract?)

I remember Exitium's installer for v2.0 was about a couple of Mb or so after incorporating optional installs like the Brothel fix and Masterwork items in Hommlet. Perhaps something was omitted?
Hope to see it running smoothly.

 

Try it again, I just re-downloaded, and started it up fine.. ( I think your download got interrupted, the file is 884 kb.)


I just grabbed 110, it's about the same size

 

Redownloaded it and this time it was a 884kb file as you said.
Unzips and installs without problems.
Must have had downloading problems the first time. D'oh.

Thanks for the installer. If you have access to the main site, you might want to update the relevant page there as well. Quite a few people have complained that they have difficulty using our mod pack because of the lack of an installer so it should definitely be a most welcome addition.

 

I don't have access to the main site. You'll need somebody else for that.

BTW, I'd really like to move this out of my personal webspace into something more official.. Who runs the main Co8 website?

Just mail Exitium with whatever you have and he'll put it up. He just told me so in an e-mail yesterday. So if you are thinking v3.0.4 might take some time and are keen to get the installer version of 3.0.3 off your website, he's the person to talk to.

He gave me a slightly different mailing address though so you might want to use that one mailing address instead (maybe it has a bigger capacity)
I'll deliver the address to you via a PM
