    If it can be scripted that fragarach can't be transferred with humble and if he dies, him and fragarach disappear and no reward. The evil scenario that requires the party to obtain fragarach would have to be modified also. In a regulation game no one but thrommel should have fragarach. The exploits need to end and if you want to cheat, use the console. At the risk of corrupting your game, of course. The console is great and you can do some neat things. It's fun to experiment with and it's there if you get desperate.

    Is Ted's add-on pack included in the mod? Becuase Prince Thrommel died in the temple (plummeled by a Ettin). I grabbed Fragarach off his body and carried him back to Hommlet to be resurected. After his rebirth and he was outside the church of St. Culbert, I got the dialog with him about the reward. I received Scather sometime later. But after defeating the Big Z , the end slides show Prince Thommel death as predicted by the sages.

    No, the add-on pack must be added on separately after you install and activate the 5.5 Beta.

    I once played a game where Thrommel bought it after an Ettin beat him with the handle of his club.

    He was pommeled to death :icon_chuc

    Well the prince has a fantastic sword, but his armor leaves much to be desired. But then his enemies are usually to busy being hit again and again. But the Ettin got the first blows in and the prince was a goner (pommeled to death with a club).

    Fragarach and Scather are just 2 swords from a 6 or 8 sword family. Fragarach also has a nickname called The Answerer. I'll look up the actual details when I get home from work.

    The badges make no difference that I have found in the game, other than merely a symbol of belonging to an exclusive group, much like a masonic ring, the AAA club in america, a Best Buy card or a klan hood.

    Be careful who you take symbols from. You may be joining a group that you really don't want anything to do with.

    If you mean the badges you get from the prince's reward, the first time you received them it gives a time-limited aura of courage.
