Okay, all kinds of stuff wrong here. First and most important: If they're flanking, the Rogue already gets a Sneak Attack. It doesn't matter if anyone feints. Second: Feinting only gives the benefit to your next attack. Third: Feinting is a standard action in its own right, not something you can freely swap in for an attack. You can't Feint and attack in the same round (unless Improved Feint is implemented in ToEE - can't remember if it is - but even then, Feint + one attack = your entire round).
Thanks jeffh, I've messed it up, I see -I was talking 'bout Improved Feint. Didn't see the flanking issue. Btw, is there a thread in Co8 for D&D rules Q&A? Maybe one in General Discussion could be a nice one... I've been looking in the most replied but didn't find anyone like that...
