I hate asking stupid questions, really I do. I hope this isn't one of those questions. Anyways, I keep seeing you guys/gals talk about Phalzyr's ProtoEd. I've searched all over and only come up with broken links. Where can I get this tool, if it's still available? Thank you for your time.
I put a link at the end of basic modding turorial in the general modding forum (don't know if it still works) otherwise you could download agetians toee world builder, that has a protos editer in it.
