Steam (a legal Pc game download service) had a Halloween sale and I picked up this game called Overlord, the expansion, and Overlord 2 for less than $8. I played a few hours of Overlord last night and it is fun. The basic premise is that you are an evil human (you are in armor, I am assuming here) and are awakening in a cave by goblin minions to lead them. You then explore the world and fix up your castle by completing quests. You have a lot of freedom. You can work with villagers to help them in order to get their support in the future, or just go on a killing rampage. What I find fun is that you summon goblins and send them into battle, or you can wade into battle and kill foes. There are also limited spell casting abilities. Overall, I am really enjoying it.
