Re: ToEE Front-End v2.0 I don't mind, although I'd like to note that "completely incorporated" isn't the right word, because last version of MaxHP has additional options for maxing monsters' hp and showing exact hp. And as I understand, your frontend features only maxhp on lvlup option from first version... so I don't know, maybe you could check the latest version and find a way to incorporate other options too, or maybe change description a bit, because now it's slightly misleading.
Re: ToEE Front-End v2.0 Hey Drifter, I'm glad that you don't mind that I merge ToEE front-end with your patch. But... where do I find the latest version of your patch? You know, it became kind of hard to trace all the updates here - I used the link from "Released mods and tools" and it led me to the same d/l (MaxHP patch ONLY - no max monster hp or whatever). Your help would be welcome. Thanks in advance. - Agetian
Re: ToEE Front-End v2.0 Thanks for the info, Morph. The new version of ToEE Frontend is underway, gotta be ready in a couple days. [EDIT:] Already updated since I had some spare time... - Agetian
Re: ToEE Front-End v1.0 Hmm... never happened to me b4. What do you mean by "old saves" - old because they were saved long long ago, or old because they are from another third party mod? Anyway, I uploaded a newer version (v2.2) that makes cleaning the game cache optional. You could d/l this version and give it a try (just uncheck the "Clean the game cache..." box and save your options). Hope this helps. - Agetian
Re: ToEE Front-End v1.0 What I mean is, say you start one game, play a while clean out all the loot from every chest/monster you come across, and get bored or TPK and want to start again with a fresh party. you then make your new group, set out on the road and start looting the stuff you did before (in the old game) the game ctd's (in the new game)! the spider tower chest is usually the first instance of this problem (for me at least anyway) strangely the problem doesn't occur in Homlett.
Re: ToEE Front-End v2.2 Well, alright... this never happened to me though (even tho' I played through the game a couple times). Anyway, you can download v2.2 and use it - it makes cleaning the game cache optional so you can easily disable it and save your settings. - Agetian
Re: ToEE Front-End v2.2 It's a tool that allows you to apply different common options to ToEE before launching it (including Drifter's wonderful fixes, Dulcaoin's PC count patch, no sound and windowed modes, max level). Also, it allows you to easily delete the game cache in case you have just installed a new mod (since you *have* to do it once you install a new mod to avoid incompatibility problems). I hope this makes sense. - Agetian
Re: ToEE Front-End v3.0a Updated ToEE Front-End Pro to v3.0a Now it supports custom music and movies without having to invent various workarounds. Should now work with Shiningted's Mod without any problem. @ Shiningted: please contact me and I can help you build an installation package. - Agetian
Re: ToEE Front-End v3.0a UPDATE: Uploaded Professional Edition v3.0a1 that no longer includes the permanent CON fix by Drifter since it's now module-dependent (module builders will supply a DLL which will or won't include the fix, plus you will be able to modify the DLL using the Drifter's authentic patch).
Re: ToEE Front-End v3.1 Front-End Pro v3.1 Uploaded. The new version adds support for the following: - Humble NPCs patch by Drifter - Integrated PC Count Patcher - Minor bugs fixed - Slight updates to the documentation (including an answer to the question "How to change the default startup module") NOTE: Your old TempleFrontend.ini file will be incompatible with v3.1. Sorry, but that's how it always works with each new version of Toffee. Enjoy! - Agetian
Re: ToEE Front-End v3.1 UPDATE (24 SEP 2005): Reuploaded ToEEFE v3.1 Pro with a fixed bug. The new version fixes a small bug that caused ToEEFE to behave incorrectly when importing certain data from music folders. This has been fixed. Please redownload. - Agetian
