Black Dragon & Basilisk....this one dwells in everyone's favorite set of Lost Caverns; the ones of Tsojcanth. Note the multiple legs and glassy eyes.

Oops, my bad, but dracolich's are cool too, the basilisk IS in ToEE, but you have to rest in the earth node to see them, they don't have wings though
