We call 'em Slim Jims...but yours look better: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kabanos Don't think I'd go for horse, but you never know. I may try some 'gator once hunting legislation is passed, especially since the drought has brought them out into some of my favorite waterways. After that, horse might be easy. Good Luck! Edit: This'd better be lucky for you, since it's # 3K for the Lord of Battle!!! Woo Hoo!!
Hey Maggit, lots of merde! here in Argentina, if you wish luck to someone, you're actually wishing for a bad audition (or wathever), and merde is what we really use for luck...:scratchhe
You keep movin' on up, Spike. *thumbsup* Keep on movin on, movin' along and knock the paint off of it, maggit. :headfones
Video footage from our first gig. We didn't play perfect, we know and my bro's guitar's tuning got totally messed up after a few songs... My hands we're shaking so much I couldn't play the riff correctly (you'll hear it ;P). Anyway, I'm quite satisfied with the gig. The funniest thing was most people left before the real stars started playing. xD Part one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_0C4SlvFro Part two http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=79rcs6OZX_I Part three http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Nyw61eu5Rw Part four http://youtube.com/watch?v=7tyeECM3IC4 Part five http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phGpsG0a9Bo
That was my mom telling my girlfriend that she can't see anything. Yeah... uh... my mom goes to my concerts... Hey, that's nothing bad, is it? :nerd: She likes rock. Oh, and a little quiz: Who can see me? Update: All parts are in now. Awaiting comments. Hmmm something strange is going on with YouTube... about 20 minutes ago I could play part 4 with no problems and now I see that the video's unavailable. EDIT: K, it's back on.
Well I watched 'em all maggit, and I actually think you guys were pretty good. You seem to have kind of an interesting minor key / grind sound combination that in my limited experience I would say is fairly unique. (Personally I like the more laid-back moments than the harder stuff.) Anyway, nice effort! Oh, and I'm guessing that's you stage center-right with the sleeves rolled up?
Thanks, glad you like it. I don't know if it's unique but I'd surely say that it's one of our distinctive features. We like to mix "moods" in our music, it makes it interesting that way. Where's maggit? quiz: Actually I'm the one you see at the beginning of Torment. My hair have got a few centimetres longer, so I couldn't make'em stand up like in the photo from the cam-hos thread. I was dressed in black which made me really hard to see. I practice the art of how not to be seen, you know.
Spoken like a true musician. Rock stars, however, have both a desire to be seen as well as heard. Better feed them both lest it forever remain just a hobby.
