Wow yeah I read about a page and felt my brain overloading.

 

Downloading now.

I am sick to death of waiting for a decent CRPG to come out. Will try my hand with a few things after reading this and then enlist here as a private.

 

I downloaded Ted's tutorial. Unfortunately the links in the pages are not hyperlinked.

What are the links to get to all of the good stuff referred to in there?

 

Krunch put the pdf together. He must have not included the links.

Call me lazy, but I'm not going to go through the whole tutorial and locate all the missing links. Post some context about the links (relevant passages from the tutorial) that you want and I will see what I can find.

The links are those listed in the first four paragraphs on page one.

I would have copied and pasted but my PDF reader doesn't allow me to do that.

The links didn't come thru when it was converted to PDF. They are BOLD CAPS at the end of the text of each paragraph.

There may be more, but I am trying to catch up with over ten years of not doing any programming, so I am reading somewhat slower than those who do this on a daily basis.

I did not include links because if someone is interested, they can visit and use the links from Teds blog.

I have a totally complete map for you, if you would like I can send it over for you to work with and will fill in the idea/background... otherwise it is completely up to you what you do with it...

only st & vp have seen it as of yet

 

fyi - It looks like I need to update the PDF in the near future and provide it for downloading.

@ShiningTed: After the demo is released, can you update your blog with the new particle and visualization information for it to be included in the new PDF file?
