When I try to do the assasin quest from Rufus I kill Armario but he still says the same! Infact the quest doesn't even come in the log book!
Take this over to the Liv's mod spoiler thread. More details would be good too when you post there so I can try and replicate any problem there.
First of all. It isn't a quest. So it will never show in the quest book. Second of all he tells you that he will not speak of it again. From what you are saying it is working as intended. Please note that I did not write this thing. All I did was make it work so you could activate it. - Livonya
