Ok that probably explains why i didnt get the trader's revealed quest in hommlet

i skipped that and am at nulb atm, everything seems to be working so far.

The problem I have is that I get between 8-12 Juggernaughts in the water Temple, and yes I gave up.How is this fixed?

I'm having a HUGE problem:

I installed the official patchs 1 and 2, then I installed Livonya's mod.

No matter how much I move any characters, the map screen don't move! It's impossible to play!!! I can see only a little bit of the entire map...

 

It sounds like you did not install the Circle of Eight MOD prior to installing Livonya's MOD.

Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Uninstall Livonya's MOD.
Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Uninstall ToEE.
Delete all the remaining program game folders and files that were not removed by the uninstalls.
Reboot.
Install ToEE using the CD disks.
Install the Official Patch1.
Install the Official Patch2.
Install the Co8 3.0.4 MOD.
Install the Livonya's 1.5.1 Beta MOD.
Reboot.

Play ToEE and enjoy.

Thanks, this solved my problem, but I have another one.

I installed the temple.zip, and correct the loot bug, but I can only loot the deads while i'm in combat. Once the combat is over, I can't loot anymore.

 

You are running Windows XP, aren't you?

If yes..
1. Download and install Microsoft DirectX 9c. (Search for it and download it from the microsoft.com website.)
2. Reboot.
3. Download and install Service Pack 2 for Windows XP.
4. Reboot.

Notes..
1. If you have to reinstall the drivers for your video card at some point, do NOT, as in never, select any option to change the installed version of DirectX, DirectDraw, 3DDraw, etc.
2. If you install some new game or reinstall a game, also, do NOT, as in never, select any option to change the installed version of DirectX, DirectDraw, 3DDraw, etc.

 

The you didn't install temple.dll correctly, because the moebius one solves this problem. Follow the official install guide (http://www.co8.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1819) and make sure you install the stuff in temple.zip into the right folder.

 

I suggested he use the setup.exe for Livonya's MOD to ensure the temple file was done properly. But, I guess he did not do that.
* It's 6:15 AM here and I've been up all night with like 4 hours sleep in the last 30 hours...am having difficulty keeping my eyes wide open, completely. I guess this is too much sleep depravation. Time to go to sleep and get up about noonish. laters..

 

Actually I did install temple.zip... but didn't correct this bug...
