Are you able to track the number of downloads from this site? That would be very interesting information, especially if the numbers are large. It would be the best form of petition to have Atari project more games like ToEE.

If it's worth your making, it's worth our waiting for, patiently...without grumbling...or pacing...or twitching. I guess it's off to work on the "honey-do" list. heh heh

Yes it does, the Co8-5.0.0 mod which has been hosted there for the last 6 months has had 93 downloads in the last 6 months, 4 of which were donloaded today, not bad when you consider that there has been no advertising or plugs for the site anywhere on the web during that whole time.

Back to the reason for the thread...what likelihood is there that the new KotB Demo will be available by sometime tonight or by Saturday morning for download? Do we know or can we guesstimate?

There is still the chance that some last minute art work will be submitted, the mod is uploaded on the Co8 FTP, within 10 - 12 hours it will be uploaded to ModDB.com.

I know this mod is eagerly awaited by many of you (if not all) but a little more time is needed.

Baldur's Gate 2: Tome of Blood IIRC - never played it myself though.

BG2 is a great game in its own right ... it truly is a must play for anyone who enjoys TOEE.

Baldur's Gate Tales of the Sword Coast, Shadows of Ahm, and Throne of Bhaal are some good times to be had. A must have for every crpg collection, IMHO that is. ;)

Yup, the BG series absolutely rocked, and the modding community did some amazing things with them. Very worth playing.

I read a synopsis of Shadows of Amn yesterday on Wikipedia (only ever played BG1) and it sounds really good - must get it. When I have some free time in 2015 ;)
That should be 'we' - it certainly wasn't Gaear's fault, just a breakdown of communication caused by many of us working / sleeping when the other side of the world are sleeping / working. Its now all hands on deck and we are all trying to get this fixed asap :)

Well, the Mod DB site shows the "Circle of Eight Modpack 5.0.0" as 1 hour ago. I think this means you guys are wining.

Did you update that first as a learning curve?

Either way, Thanks for hanging in there, and making this happen. :peace:
