French is used to carry mail around the world. You can study geography or buy an atlas whenever you want. I avoid maps because they never contain as much information as I want. Re: Statements & Declarations Thread I am very ignorant about politics, governments and their systems, but it seems to me that the only people who wind up running things, regardless of the system, are people overembued with lust...for power, for money, etc. Some may not have started out that way, perhaps, but certainly wind up that way. So there must be, imo, something intrinsically wrong with every governmental/political system. I wonder what a system would look like that did not require or create lust in their leaders?

Re: Statements & Declarations Thread More than a family resemblance. That painting is an exact likeness of myself. I don't recall ever posing for it though. Simon Bisley must have had a vision. The hilt of the sword is a little off center though, a little too far to the right.
