war fans are available at Ah-Fong's; I'm not sure if they have been included in the new shop at start-up.

If youre gonna have a really highly pumped stats guy, might offset him with a lowly sidekick with a few good skills... i.e. Hercules and Eolis

Hercules Neutral/Good Fighter/Monk (Personally It's kinda hard to make a guy this good this low, but for the sake of the game...)

Str: 20 (or 18 w/ standard dice roll ToEE)
    Dex: 16
Con: 18 (This would be higher, but for ToEE its 18)
    Int: 15
    Wiz:15
    Cha: 16

    Eolis: Chaotic/Good Monk/Rog

    Str: 15
    Dex: 16
    Con: 15
    Int: 15
    Wis:13
    Cha: 13

    I would offset this with a cle/wiz/wiz or a bard/wiz/wiz personally
And if you get a better dice rolls that these i'd up Herc's Int and Cha first and Eolis's Cha or Dex

Hmm, weird. I'll have to try again with the new CMF.

EDIT: A bunch more iconic charas I came up with while bored in my politics class:

    Garret (is that how you spell it?) from THIEF would make an excellent rogue;
    Incredible Hulk - a barbarian, human or half-orc 19/10/19/6/8/8 with Improved Unarmed Fighting, Stunning fist and Great Cleave;
    Robin Hood for a bowman - fighter or ranger;
Joan of Arc for a paladin, anyone? something like 16/16/16/12/18/14, need to think about feats...

I'm also lining up an anime party for my next walkthrough of TOEE yay :aaaa:

Feng Wu, ranger, from "Sword of the Stranger", LN or LE

    Double-wielding
Butterfly swords (i THINK, gotta check what's closest to the Dao knives in the current TOEE Co8)
    Whirlwind if possible

    16/19/14/10/8/12

    ------------------------------

Hakuoro (Utawarerumono) Fighter or fighter/cleric, TN

    Greater spec. tessen (warfan)
    Gr. Cleave
    18/16/16/10/16/14

    -------------------------------

Asougi Rin from "Daughters of Mnemosyne", rogue, CN or CG

    Spec. Throwing Daggers
    Weapon Finesse
    Point-blank and precise shot
(whatever that feat for quick re-equip was)
    maybe improved unarmed

14/17/19/12/14/16 (she's technically immortal so gotta have hich CON)

^ This will be a quite expensive chara to maintain lol

    -------------------------------

As for spellcaster, one of the two:

Emiya Shirou -Archer (Fate/Stay Night), sorcerer

    Craft Weapon & Armor,
    Short sword spec, longbow proficiency
    Weapon Finesse
    (possibly) two-weapon fighting

    14/18/14/12/10/18

Gonna be the ultimate crafting machine

    OR

Tohsaka Rin (Fate/Stay Night), Wizard (Evoker of Abjurer)

    Craft Magic Items, Forge Rings
    Dagger specialization
Heighten spenn, strengthen spell and like

    10/16/12/18/12/14

    Tell me whatcha think ^___^

You may have to wait for Ah Fong to respawn his inventory, which he now does :) Go in, then come back >24 hours later and he should have a new inventory with all the new stuff in stock.

Figured out how to make Drizzt Do'Urdan playable at first level:

M Elf Ftr 13/20/15/17/17/14 (-4 on stats since he is now 16th level)

Since he is a Ftr/Ran, don't give him dual-wielding at 1st, and have him get Weapon Finesse and Weapon Focus - Short Sword, or similar light weapon. Wait to dual him at 2Ran. He starts able to hit. And by the time he duals, he a regular buzz saw. Of course, he's not using his regular scimitars, but they aren't in the game anyway.

Wulfgar is a little harder. ;)

Drizzt is one of my two favorite PCs I EVER used (the other one's Elminster, of course...)
Beg your pardon,GA but Icingdeath and Twinkle although not in the game to start with are perfectly craftable (by Elminster, who else ;) )

My problem was figuring out how to accurately model him at first level while having a playable character who wasn't Superman. I've played him to 8 level (4Ftr/4Ran), but he needs something better than +1 shortswords.

Are there any more powerful dual-wieldable by elf weapons already in the game? I'm not a big fan of crafting. (Which means I craft characters to fit the available weapons instead.)

Better still, where does Elminster hang in ToEE? ;)

C'mon GA, it's a fantasy game, we can use whatever(well,nearly...) character we like ;)
As about dual wielding elf without crafting, I agree, not much more than Shortswords+1 or daggers+1. taking another path( unfortunately further more from Drizzt) elves are prof with longswords by default, there's the Longsword+3 from tha Lamia, Holy Longsword+1, flametongue... Or, at lower levels, take Quick Draw, longbow to start the battle then entering melee with shortswords...

After a certain point (probably past, already), it's not our friend Drizzt anymore. My idea was to try to use someone interestiing as an archetype for a first level character, not just blip in something overpowered right off the bat. He's fun at low levels, but I want to figure out how to make him closer to the character as he progresses.

I already do the dual-wielding elf bit, one of my repeated characters is Cleric of Corellon Lorethian and Ranger. But the elf part requires requires staying close on levels and this also wastes the elf dexterity benefit.

Drizzt would have a hand crossbow. How do a put in his magic skills? To point isn't really to produce a particular character, but to see what the game can do. ;)
