    And I should make sure what thread I'm in before I hit delete. Not my best night ever.

    Anyway, I found a couple more monsters for you:

    #14280: Groaning Spirit: Fear effect should be based on it's mere presence, not an actual spell, which means it shouldn't take an action.

    #14741 Phase Spider: It can Ethereal Jaunt as a free action. Allyx fudged this by making them Blink, which works pretty well. However, it should be a free action to activate.
