    thoughts on how to project the idea of internal walls on mini maps, but still make items easily viewable...

    I think in this case I would have left that internal wall solid, and then rotated the map a little... imo. There's nothing behind it though, is there?

    currently there is nothing behind it, I was attempting to give it a little feel of depth with the cross wall, but then again if I remember reading it corrrectly we can set the wall to gray the pc, so that would create the same feel...

    We can grey the characters behind it AND if we have fog on, stop them seeing past it too :)

    Well its not normally used in buildings but if it is something the players are just discovering and exploring (rather than, say, a house in Hommlet or Nulb) then there is a place for it.
