Error Message when I try to start the Front End

    for those who do not know, a "clean install" means..

    1. Properly uninstall ToEEFE, Co8 4 MOD, and ToEE.
    2. After the uninstalls, delete all of the remaining folders for ToEE and ToEEFE.
    3. Reboot the computer.
    4. Install ToEE; apply Atari Patch2; install Co8 4 MOD; install ToEEFE (if you want to use it)
    5. Reboot the computer.
