Ok, if I am not mistaken you have got the movie as a parameter in the game.fade_and_teleport command, so if you (somehow) were back there and took that option again, would it show the movie again or would it only do it once?
It would show the movie again. The workaround is to flag the movies as played and use a different response line to trigger the teleport if the movies have played.
hi all anyone doing civ 3 modding a yr or so ago.. may know me,, i used to work as a programmer and debuggerfor a now all but dead crpg games company with a lot of fall and dungeon in titles.. anyways i think you guys specificlly the work done by this sub topics regulars is awesome, and since arcanum and there fore TOEE hold my high regard despite the obvious rehash and rush job troika did ..I wondered about offering my services.. someone mentioned needing a debug /crpg programming specialist,..i made my living in beautiful silly valley doing that,.. and i had a question.. are the various mods stackable? CO* 3.04 liv 1.5.1 ted 1.0.5 and then store map 2? or is it nessacery to multi load.. such as morrwind does? and the allyx item pack?? goes where in the above sequence? or are it and cujos mod contained within the above mods,. btw just played with TOEEWB 1.7 awesome very useful tool
Exactly the right order Just install each over the other. O and Cujo and Allyx's stuff is all in my mod, though the more powerful items such as all the Deity's weaponry have to be added from the console.
okay im getting a crash right at char begin adventure click crash.. any folders or files need to be moved durring that install order? (other than the art/mesh/armour ones listed in 1.0.5 txt ?? wondered if i missed a pre play edit somewhere
Ummm no, that should have been the only one. Hate to say this but maybe a step-by-step reinstall? Ie install game, patch it, run it and make sure it works, add Co8 and Liv, run it etc. Wait wait wait... Teds_patch_105 is a patch of my mod, you have to install the mod first, did you do that? It goes after Liv (and before the patch obviously ). We are working on cutting down the number of steps in this but some necessary folks are awol atm.
yup did that.. tryimng the step by step re inst method .. just to be safe.. maybe run a post probe too .. to track activity... found it mcafee hates the troika eng ..had same problem with arcanum works great... does the sequence co8,liv151,ted,shop 2 add the lvl cap remover? and the juggernut fix?? if not where do i get those,, also.. can i load extra armours onto the 3 wise men err traders tween cut scences?? i remeber reading some issues with that?

okay got the mobs from caravan in toeeWB.... now how do i remove some f the armours or weapons id never buy for a starting char and add in some more versions of the more useful(IMHO) stuff ?
In the objects tab click open, choose one of the treasure chests, and load it. Click on the containers tab there should be a list of items stored inside, click on the objects you dont want and click remove. to add new items click on the drop box choose what you want, and click add. Istrongly suggest you either cut the old .mobs out of the caravan folder, or delete the old ones before pasting the new ones in.
