Anyone had any luck causing a spell-like effect to become active by equipping an item? I've been trying to create a Cloak of Displacement, and the effect is supposed to be always-on when worn, but I can't get it to trigger on when equipping it. I was going off the Ring of Freedom of Movement, the effect of which is also supposed to be always-on, but I saw no signs of the ring actually working, either. I tried with a few other spells also, and managed to get "hastened!" to appear above my primary fighter any time I move an inventory item of his now. No actual spell effect, and the "hastened!" tag fades very quickly. I'm going to keep trying, and will definitely report any success I manage, assuming I can figure out what I did that made it work. -the rambling lunatic
