My Greek is quite bad (and Koine as well) so a native Greek speaker wrote all that bit, albeit he used a classical dialect. The Great Kingdom was picked as somewhere that Hoplites wouldn't look out of place, by folks who know more about Greyhawk than me. Glad you liked it :)

I believe the signpost in KotB is very novel and is splendid as an addition to the KotB game. It's location in the shop run by Porteous is good, too.

It seems every place has an Elmo or a wampus, even KotB. LOL!

Has anyone noticed some of the subtle changes to the game?

Can you find and post any of them? I'll get it started.

Do you do a search to get that info? I've tried searching the wall, but I can't seem to find anything. Do I need to use a smarter character to look, or just get a better spot?

    Hi Chris
If you are refering to the Lizardman Cave artwork, keep moving your "spotter" ( no special skills required that I am aware of, but I always use a Rogue or Bard, just in case ) around ( click all over the wall ) until you get the final result.

    Hi Chris
To get to "The Colosseum" you need to complete at least two (?) quests. I recommend completing as many as you can, because you want your party to be at least 5th Level . After you have completed some of the quests, and you have reported their completion to the Bailiff, he will send yo to the Castillian, who will then send you on a "final" demo adventure.

here's a little Easter Egg - for anyone who hasn't found them, there are 2 hollow stumps out in the wilderness that contain loot. Damn fine loot at that.

    Hehe..

So far i've only found one, mainly cos i didn't went to another wilderness map :errf:

As i've posted before, one of them should solve a good deal of money problems...as well as solving some "i didn't found any magical weapon" complaints ;)

    The Hollow Stumps

    Hi HK
If you don't mind me being a bit ambiguous, the hollow stump that you mentioned a while back is South of the Keep. There is another one North of the Keep.

    Re: The Hollow Stumps

No, it's okay. We don't want to say outright all the secret stuff in the game :gotmyatte

To be honest, i didn't played too much yet, i just get the quest to kill the Dragon, nothing more.
I'm too busy doing all the stuff Ted has requested. ;)

Kudos to the amazing desingers! KOTB has been a lifesaver while finishing a dissertation... That said, my favorite find so far was the large mithril shield in the pond to the north of the keep! Randomly found it while chasing a turned skeleton.

    Hi Half Knight
It's actually quite amazing how many magic or masterwork weapons / armor are available ( to include quite a few that are for sale ! ) I wrote a "short" list of the items I had "found" and it ended up being two pages ( front and back ! ) long. Just to give you some idea what I am talking about, there is someone ( I'm not going to spoil it by saying where ) who has 21 Masterwork Weapons and 7 Masterwork suits of Armor, and 2 Masterwork Shields for sale ! And lets not forget the "Scaly Child" who has a suit of magic armor and two Masterwork Weapons. Heck you can even buy ( if you have enough gold ) 2 Masterwork Weapons and 5 pieces of Masterwork Armor at the starting caravan !
