    A mindflayer or Illithid is the bane of all creatures stupid enough to wander into the depths of the underdark, They hate everyone and eat brains! They don't get on too well with the Drow either!

    Hey, how do people feel about psionics in general? I mean i think it would be over-and-above to try and add them, but I notice none of the CRPG's use them (that I know of). I am not a fan.

    Cujo - psionics are brain-powers that mindflayers have, hence the name. Rare PC's turn up with them too. In AD&D (from my experience) if you get lucky with the dice rolls and have them, you can have a seriously unbalanced game instantly.

    thanks Ted, I might be a God of Creation, Pornography, Magic and War in ToEE but I'm a total fence post when it comes to D&D and its rules, I know nothing. The other day I went down to a shop called Comics (guess what it sells) to have a look a the D&D stuff for clothing ideas but that was it, they sell warhammer and LoRT stuff as well, I was going to say something about warhammer but I can't remember, must've been a lie.
