Are there any available? What tools and which files would I need to make my own? I tried looking around, but the search feature gave out some confusing or really old results...
In what sense? Spellbooks found on NPCs that you can copy into your own? That could be done, but 'your own' spellbook couldn't, in the sense that you could only memorise spells if this or that was in your backpack and if you lost it, no more spells etc.
