Well that's as it should be. I just tested it just as you did it and he showed up for me.

Are you using the 7.3.3 patch?

Yes. That is the version I am using.

Who is "he" by the way? Someone other than the three clerics (and all the dogs) who I see in the basement?

Ummm, this is a little embarrassing....I'm in Verbobonc, and have found and initiated pretty much everything I'm interested in to this point....EXCEPT all the Darlia related stuff that I have read about. My issue is that I don't know where the Maroon Moon is. Is there a place on the boards (text or map) that can answer this for me?

What you could do is go to the world map and choose "path to Verbobonc" that will place you at the entry point in town, then go to the sign to your right, (built into the side of the wall, looks kind of like a mirror) and choose the Maroon Moon from it's list of places.

    Hi sirchet,
I've been using the "signpost" for awhile, but the Maroon Moon is not one of the options I'm given (I'm playing 7.3.2 NC).

I can recap the whole list if that helps, but I've triple checked, and it's not there. The options I'm given are:
    City Hall
    Lord Viscount's Chambers
    Town Constabulary
    Castle of Lords

    Gnome Quarters
    East End
    South Side

    The Spruce Goose
    Merchant's Row
    The Archer's Eye

    West Bridge
    Central Bridge
    East Bridge

    The Wharves
    The Coliseum
    The Warehouse District

    That is all.

Well shave my back and call me an elf!

I could of swore it was listed and I will check if it is in 7.4.

Other than the sign, you'll need someone who actually knows what they're talking about to help you. ;)

Go to the east end and look around for a building that is abnormally tall and has a maroon-ish tint to it. It should be one of the few in the area that actually has a door you can enter.

    Thanks sirchet.
    Thanks Gaear.

I've been enjoying the NC tremendously, and trying to "let it happen". But I'd gotten to the point of conducting a door-to-door search of the whole city for the Maroon Moon, and while that might've worked, the two little ankle-biters I have running around don't let me carry that kind of activity on too long.

    Thanks again.

In game, or do you have an infestation of rug-rats in your house? :p

I have a question regarding the first quest of Verbobonc, Frozen Assets. I talked to the viscount, and I remember he directed me to the Gnome Prince. I talked to him (by then I already purchased the castle) and he asked me to help him find his ring. I finished the Rabbit Hole quest, but when I talk to the Gnome prince he doesn't give me any details on the quest.

I'm pretty sure I'm going the wrong way. Can anyone offer any advice?

Actually Zook does have a line about it after it's over. What did Orrengaard tell you though?

Zook did mention something after not finding the gem. Who is Orrengaard and where can I find him?

    Spoiler

If he's the gnome underneath the castle, I already talked to him.

Okay, I figured out what I had to do. I went to one of the houses in the Gnome district, found the tunnels, and cleared them out and the quest finished. I really wish TOEE had quest markers.

I got a problem with Castle of Lords. I can't sleep in Castle of Lords on any level, just Pass Time. I have gotten ridd of the ghosts so that can't be it.
I know there have been trouble with older versions but I downloaded the newest version (unless there have been a newer the past month). Is there anythinh wrong on my end or is this a know problem with this version?
