IIRC Mordenkainen's Faithful Hound also suffers from the same thing and there may be other spells as well..... Don't know if they need to be fixed. The scripts run fine up until the point where they have done the necessary thing and the spells function properly. Although, to keep stupid heads like me from trying to model new spells after what is in those spells, okay maybe they need to be fixed... As far as the new creatures protos numbers goes, that can be a real pain in the patoot. Just ask me (or Allyx) It would be nice if we had some way to communicate (ie. a dedicated thread) the numbers we will be using. Few problems with that, tho'. First that comes to mind: Joe Bloe comes upon Co8 and decides he is going to do some heavy modding He reserves numbers ump to umpteen-thirty, then proceeds to get drunk and forget the whole thing. We now have umpteen-thirty+ numbers we can't use until we are sure Joe Bloe doesn't need them anymore. In the mean time, he has joined a monastery in New Hampshire to deal with his alcoholism and they don't have internet access.... Like I said, would be nice but is a logistical nightmare. Darmagon
The NPCs I am adding are right behind my others - 14680 or so for memory. 14503 sounds fine from way over here.
Bringing this thread back around . . . Can everybody who's got something to offer for 4.1.0 please post a note about it here? The time is coming for us to release this thing, so let's try to figure out what's going to go into it. Of course Allyx's zip of 4.0.1 is a given, I believe. See this thread for details. And for my part: The new voices that Zorn and Spike et al are recording A few other 'media' items Note that these things don't have to go into 4.1.0, specifically, right now (and indeed won't likely all be ready), just some release in the near future. And that's assuming they get the green from the community in the first place.

My stuff was already passsed along. I forget what it was: mainly Ronald the new NPC cleric, and an additional couple of protos for 'spawners' for the Thrommel as vampire scenario. Plus a few dialogue changes to the Orc prisoners, Lareth and Iuz for moments when Ronald asserts himself. None of this will actually 'appear' in 4.1.0, but when I have a chance to do the necessary scripting to activate it (and a few other things fall into place) it will mean they can be incorporated without changing the core files.
I have the MOB changes for Kalshane's Proto Fixes, of course, plus a few things I'm currently working on: - XP loss instead of CON loss on familiar death - Burne re-opening his shop upon leaving the party Both of these should be ready in a week or so.
My only "new changes" are purely cosmetic, swapping out the temple robes models in favour of the plain robes that Cujo did a while back for the robes of the archmagi (black and white versions), druid's vestiments and the robe of blending - the whole reason I asked for robes of those colours, it was something I've been meaning to do for a while, but forgot to do so until recently.
Here's what I got from Morpheus today, he's talking about the possibility for him to make an installer for the upcoming 4.1.0: I hope he'll be able to help if he finds time. If not, someone else will have to take the lead with the installer package. Hope this helps. - Agetian
Hey, did anybody ever script that idea Spike had about having Zert, Turuko, Kobort and Furnok attack the party on the way back from the Moathouse? That would be a great little surprise for unsuspecting players.
The files I last posted are about as far as I got, Shiningted said he'd put a static background on the fire and air node maps, the only other problem causing files are the pathnode files, they'll have to be re-written from scratch unfortunately. I haven't got around to reading the pathnode tutorial yet though.
Sorry, my fault - I did say the above plus redoing some mob files. I don't tihnk C-Blue had to redo any mobs in the Nodes, but I could be wrong there, but yeah I am holding that one up (too).
