Blue cloaks are in ToEE already (at least in the 5.0.0 version) but not available in the shops yet.

I beleive that has been discussed before and it's not possible. The robe model removes the armor model, so even if a robe has the alpha channel remove everything but the repainted tabard shape at the front, the armor underneath wouldn't be displayed at all.

Speaking of stuff not in shops, is the mithral plate anywhere yet? Huh? Huh? Huh? :)

Here's a thought. Could it be done using the cloak slot?

There is. It's simply a matter of changing the size from small to medium in the protos.tab. The problem is not everyone is going to want their headbands of intellect to make their wizard hoodless.

No you're right on that, but I do, so I'll just change it in my protos. Thanks.

    Heh, I guess I did say that i'd do that didn't I.
Not sure about that one, I suppose it depends on the cloak model itself...

If the cloak acually covers the characters chest (and alpha channeled out or whatever) then the tabbard could be added and made visable.

However, if the cloak model only covers the head (hood), shoulders, and back of the character, then the chest area would not be a part of the model that the cloak skin could cover.

The artwork has never been my area of expertise however, so mabe one of the arty types can look into this further.

The cloak model doesn't cover the chest. It's one of the many ideas I've looked into unsucessfuly. I've tried every idea I could come up with and have officialy given up. Always open to new suggestions though.

No real rush. I just felt the need to give you a hard time.:) I'm currently consoling it in and then dumping an appropriate value in items down the well in Homlett, which is workable, if slightly strange.

Burne: "Anything to report from your patrol?"
Badger: "Well, those new adventures just conjured a suit of really shiny plate out of thin air, then dumped a bunch of jewels and elven chain down Nira's well. It was the weirdest thing I've ever seen."
Burne: "Bah. Did I ever tell you about the time Rufus and I stumbled upon a goblin wedding ceremony..."

    Bummer. It was a thought.

Possibly unrelated, but how does Darley's necklace work, since it adds stuff to both her head and back.

ETA: Duh. A cloak adds stuff to the head and back. Nevermind.

Actually it adds an addmesh to the PC, it works best on female PC's/NPC's as some have reported CTD's when it was equipped to males.
