    I finished the rest of the moathouse and went to Hommlet to see terjon to complete the quest. Quit for the day and re-started. Came back today and everything was cool. The first time the wizard used icestorm and fireball scrolls bought from Burne. Chalk it up to random wierdness or Ted is messing with my head. Treasure map Ted1?
    Yes, it was repeatable, but amazing what a re-start will do for you.

    Playing 5.91 and just finished the drow and missing traders missions. When I reported to Wilfrik and I got the slavers missing. When I went to double check on the reports and talked to Wilfrik the second time, I got the possibility to reort to Willy that Larrick had offered me the mission to assassinate him., even though I never got that mission from Larrick. Had talked to him, but only about the gnomes and the drow. Talked to Darlia but only to conifrm I was being followed, not anyting more.

    SPOILERS!

    If you command the undead in AoH, it can cause problems with the scripting.

    Namely, suppose you command one of the Undead Wizards. Then it's possible to end the fight with game.global_vars[987] = 2, while he's still alive.
    The vars[994] is still equal to 3 then.

    What happens then is that the Master of the Arena's script resets vars[987] to 0, and then if you kill the remaining (commanded) Undead Wizard, it will again do the spawn routine.

    I imagine something similar could happen if you use Dominate Monster or such in the earlier fights.

    A possible solution is to separate the Kill Count variables for the different fights.


    Also, if your talker's inventory is full, you won't get the prize item.
    A possible remedy is to create a script that cycles through the whole party. Actually, it should be pretty handy to add it to utilities.py, I imagine other scripts could benefit from this too - so here it is, attached.

    In the drow dungeon level 3, after I killed the two rogues, two fighters and some nasty spiders in the middle part of the dungeon. I began to loot the rogue and when his inventory pops out... there's an error coming out and sends me to the desktop, so I decided to load it again and rest for a while so that there stuff will stay there, after the rest I came back to loot their stuff, and found out that there's an item that the game can't read [theory].. I've managed to loot the Drow Sleeping Bolts and other stuff and then I saw an item named Hand Bow, and every time I picked it up the game crashes.

    In the slavers trader quest, how do the Dominate Person works? I tried it on the slavers traders barbarian and managed to charmed him, but when his turn starts, he always hit my party members. :thumbsdow

    In welkwood bog removing wilfrick.. I accepted darlia's third quest and after his says that I must prepare for a couple of days and talk to him again, I already moved out to the bog instantly and saw wilfrick standing there, alone, I talked to him and he replied like I was meeting him the first time. [ this only happens when I moved to welkwood bog without preparing and talked darlia. but when I prepare and talked to him and go to the bog, it works fine.] :yes:

    If you use the world map for the moathouse cave exit there's no entrance door. You can leave from inside and the ambush worked but if you come back via the world map, no entrance. No big deal as you can use the front entrance. Another one-way door maybe?
    5.9.2 NC.

    No Assassin encounter even tho I sold Lareth's boots. I've never seen that encounter not work. I consoled up the boots and sold them again, but no encounter. I've played some massive protosized/consolized games and it still worked, but the 5.9.2 NC i'm playing now isn't one of them.
    In HB I never saw the altar with the snakes on top and the stairs to the Minatours hideout. I think I just missed it somehow.

    No assassin encounter for me either in 5.9.2 NC (as outlined in the thread I started in the TOEE discussion section, sorry should have posted here) even though I've done everything I usually do to trigger (Traders Revealed and Traders Courier complete, Agent Reveled still open - haven't reported to Burne, and sold Lareth's boots to R&G).

    I am running a NG party of 4 PC's and Elmo.

    When I freed the Orc Prisoners in the Temple - Dungeon One, They mark the stairs both up and down in my map. But when I looked in to the map, the mark is on Woonilon's Hideout.

    When I've been scouting HB while invisible - where there still the fog of war. Every time you're near with one of the Orc Minions, they start to talk to you. No big deal. It's kinda weird to think that they know you're there. I think it's not a bug but an area trigger [I guess?] Now it is impossible to invi-scout the area without them interrupting you.

    THey were made that way because players of earlier versions reported that it was sort of easy to go by them (even if you weren't sneaking), which caused other continuity problems later on. We could probably shorten up their auto-detect distances so they don't grab you so far out.

    These are Co8 mod v.5.9.1 NC Bugs

    1. Acid Fog spell(6 level)
    After wizard learns Acid Fog spell, he can't memorize it, and next level up, he can choose this spell again. In spell book(in status window), there are two 'Spell Level 6', and maybe Acid Fog spell is in first Spell Level 6 part, but no display.
    When use console command, still no Acid Fog spell in spell book. But PC already memorized, and can cast it in radial menu.
    In cleric's case, Acid Fog is level 7 domain spell, that has a same problem, can cast it but cannot remove it, there is no Acid Fog spell in memorized list.

    2. Hommlet tailor's Masterwork Repeating Crossbow
    It is quest reward when use intimidate in dialogue. But it's price is problem. Even Cabinet Maker buys this at 1GP 8SP 9CP(Appraise 7.0), sells at 4GP 3SP 2CP. Masterwork light&heavy crossbow's price is over 465&486 Gp.

    3. Log book - Ego - Misc
    Most uses of diplomacy and Most uses of bluff are changed

    4. Two-weapon Fightning with shield
    Weapons wielded in each hand, wield buckler, and right-click other larger shield, it is possible to equip with no offhand attack bonus penalty. It's very useful, but bad for balance.

    5. Rogue's special abilities
    I cannot sure bug or not. Please read this.
