I got a staff of fire, and I cant seem to use the fireball feature of it, but the staff of frost works fine. I was wondering if there was any way to see if there were any charges left or is there a way to re-charge staves and wands?
There is no way to recharge them (I believe that's RAW), and I'm not aware of a way to check charges remaining.
Maybe the staff of fire is broken in the game, I just gave myself a new one with the console for testing, and it had no charges, or was un-usable from the radial menu.
The caster is over level 10, I equip the staff of fire, and from the radial menu, nothing shows. With the staff of frost, I equip it, and then it shows in the radial menu and I can use it.
