Recently installed the latest Mod 5.5 beta. A lot of great additions. So I decided to reload TOEE. Followed the installation guide exactly. Installed patch 1 and 2; I have Micro Soft Net 3.0 all ready; installed the mod and then activated the mod from the front end. But there are no bik movies. I have windows xp sp2; A dell xps 630 with a quad core; 8800gt video card. I hope I gave you enough info to fix the problem. Not having the bik movies are not a big deal; just want to see if anybody else had the problem and if there is a way to work around this:twitch:
On the TOEE front end, there's an option box or a tool you can toggle on and off to either run the cinematics or not. Just dance around the menus where you set level cap and stuff and you'll find it fairly quickly.
If you still don't have the movies after fiddling with the front end controls, you could google and d/l the Bink/RAD video player and codec.
