I think certain immediate actions can be made to work. Not the kind where you just arbitrarily interrupt whenever you want. But, if there's a specific trigger that gives you the option of interrupting, more like a readied action, then I think that can be done. So Deflect might work out.
It's worth checking out, though what it interrupts is any melee attack - that seems a little problematic. NPC class fork's ready to go. Today's a little busy for me but I'm hoping to finish up some changes to the Config program to turn on/off NPC classes and then commit the changes writ large! After that I'm back on the spell pack.
As I'm working, I've been thinking today about how to future proof the Familiar in case I ever do other familiar classes (or implement the Obtain Familiar feat!). I already had to alter it for the Adept class and it doesn't seem it would be difficult at all to do so. Since I'm there, I'm considering Improved Familiar as a future project. Another thing on the list of plans, I guess.
Just to keep you updated, I was busy over the weekend (I volunteer regularly at a food bank! we had a big volunteer event) but I've started planning out my own module, as well as talk with a few coder friends about the project. Still plugging away.
I've been so busy this week! Still covering a pile of people at work so I haven't been able to plug away this week That said, I started serious design of my own adventure path, planning out monsters, encounters, dungeons, and story. I'm a seasoned DM and I really have high hopes, and I'm trying to talk a few die-hard buddies who are senior programmers at Microsoft to help out with T+. (No promises, of course.)
Back from a family vacation to CA and ready to get back to work, invigorated. While I was away, I whittled away at a list of what's currently feasible to do and what I'd like to try out.
