I couldn't find this problem under the common issues and fixes thread, so I thought I'd ask here. I have completed the last battle in the arena and the master of the arena will not show up again and let me finish - is there anything I can do besides start over?
Try walking around some. He may pop up. Also try re-saving (in a different slot preferably) and then quitting and relaunching the game and reloading the new save. Try not to be right in the area where the master usually appears when you save.
I know I usually need to move a bit before he spawns - but ive run 3 victory laps and nada - i'll try the save angle, but i'm not hopeful at this point
