Well, he is not in charge of the Codex, but he's definitely an important guy there. Though he's changed his online nick and now calls himself Sol Invictus over at the Codex.

Who has the power to replace the redirect from www.co8.org -> www.co8.org/forum to a go to www.co8.org/index.html and actually upload and update said html? who has the power to delage such power to others... etc.
