... just as an aside, TOEE has hit the 1.5 gig mark without the KOTB add on... just thought you might want to know if you have to transfer it from one machine to another like I am now doing...

    Not a major bug, but:

If you use a female character with gladiator armor to get a free night's rest from Ostler (that was hilarious when I found it, btw) you really should not be able to get 2 gold back from him (a "refund") by catching Furnok cheating.

At least, he said he gave me two back, I didn't know my exact count to see if he actually did.

Hmm . . . so it is, although the only way you can get to this point is if you inquire about long-term lodging, which you wouldn't normally do right after you get your free room.

Anyhow, I don't think I'm going to delve back into that whole scenario now, especially since it will only happen to gladiator armor bearing females. ;) Chalk it up to an error on Ostler's part; and thanks for reporting nonetheless.

Well, inquiring about long term logding is the way I initiate the Furnock cheating quest, so it does kinda follow. I wasn't even trying to get a night from Ostler, he just offered when I asked if he liked my armor.

I chalk it up as an Easter egg more than a bug.:eyebrow:

Think of it as him tucking two gold pieces into your G-string.

"For some crazy reason, I just like to sleep here" option at the Snake Pit doesn't actually let the characters sleep (spells are not re-memorized, no healing takes place), even after they've paid their 50 gold. I thought the intention was to provide a second safe sleeping spot in Nulb for parties that didn't yet own the house?

I think it was designed as a con. You won't get much sleep in that place...

It's like asking for a room with a southern view...and not talking about a window in a room. ;)

If that's the consensus, then fair enough. ;)

if you're sleepy you could sleep anywhere - I've slept on a pool table before (and saved a beer for morning in one of the pockets).

I think you should be able to sleep properly there, yeah. We can make it 'sleep friendly' for 8 hours (little green camping icon) but whether passing time by script, as I think it does, will equate to sleeping - that I doubt.

I'd really prefer that. It gives you someplace other than the tavern to bed down, if you don't choose to buy the house.
