Best option for the Ogre without damage is to go throught the secret door,appear on the stairs and line your team up the stairs to shoot him through the door and out of range. He stays put-if you keep at distance. At 70hp he had,no way my 2nd level party was going to dance with him..so I sent my love on Cupids arrows and bolts and sling stones..^_*

Hmm my Rangeress was cut in half for 40ish damage from a enraged BugBear...lol

 

I tend to leave the moathouse ogre, the talking trolls and the giant at the temple alive for some reason.
It amuses me to think of the temple turning into a tiny comunity of trolls.
The giant ,I can't remember his name, sitting in his tiny kingdom, and the moathouse ogre sadly wandering around looking for something to smash.
