look under the data/meshes/cloaks i inculded a modded version of my cloak template with sperated hood and cloak :) CLOAK TEMPLATE i did this...
yes they are in 5.0 protos 4703 youll need one on each hand for them to look right with 2 gloves and the feat weap typye they use is...
