    update Ok well I called atari NO HELP !!! they tried to say it was because I had a ati rage pro card and the drivers wernt writen for dx9 LOL!!...

    well I have the downnloaded version that I assume has been patched to official patch 3 and I have installed the co8 patch and the temple dll files...

    I donloaded the online version and tried installing the patch 2 got this error cannot find ToEE, ANY, on your computer. thought it might...
