Basil - have been trying to get to the bottom of the videos crashing. I can't guarantee it will work, but if you download and install RAD tools and test to see if it happens, and if it still occurs download and install the K-Lite codec pack, it might be of help. I'm assuming you're fairly computer literate - if not just find the Rad tools and install it (it's what bink files are played by). Can't replicate this bug, so I'm having to shoot in the dark
