    Hi,
I just wiped out the tower brigands gang and they did not fight back!!!! My party consists of the following:
    Barbarian lvl 7
    Fighter lvl 7
    Druid lvl 7
    Rogue lvl 7
    Sorcerer lvl 7
Serena lvl 4 levelled as Sorcerer
Riana lvl 3 levelled as Bard

After the dialogue my druid had first go, she cast Stone Spikes, next Riana used Bard Song Inspire Courage, then the enemey didn't move or cast spells after that and it was a simple matter of fireballs and archery after that.

I had arranged the positions of my party so that my Barbarian was in position 7 (extreme right in the line up before I entered so he took point)
My fighter was in position 6, so he was at the back left protecting the magic users there
and my Druid was in position 3 so that she was blocking off the rear right acces point. I had no animal companions or familiars active at the time.

Surely this is some kind of Bug/anomaly that shouldn't happen? Anyone had similar?

Ps I got xp for the fight
I am using Modpack 7.5 NC

Did you have an npc all the way to the left?

yes I put Riana there because otherwise she gets killed straight off

    My line up is

RIANA Druid Sorceress Rogue SERENA Fighter Barbarian

I also noticed that neither wants any share of the loot. Is that because I bought their freedom?

One other thing, if I go over the npc's with the mouse, Riana is sometimes called whore, and Serena younger gypsy

putting an npc there always results in crazy stuff.

That's your answer then. Npcs are not recognised as enemies. If you choose a cleric with rebuke undead you can march your pet zombies into rooms without the occupants taking a blind bit of notice. Riana is treated as your spokesperson.

    thanks guys,
its a bit of a lame cheat though, you could fight all the tough fights at low level and amass mega xp.
Not that I would of course, It defeats the object of the game as well as spoiling it totally.
